Question: How do you spend an hour sitting in the snow without noticing the passage of time?
On Sunday, despite the lingering cold temperatures, we set out for a session with Lucy, a ten year old Wheaten Terrier
I don't know if it's the breed or her individual personality, but she was a wonder to work with: easy going, adaptable and eager to please (after all, a photo shoot is uncharted territory for a dog no matter how much one prepares!).
We were told that Lucy loves people; what an understatement! It took her absolutely no time to adjust to us when we arrived. We may as well have been family (home made treats probably helped).
Lucy loved running through the drifts when called (OK, treats helped a bit) and she was more than happy to pose with family members and friends who dropped by.
Thanks to Isabel for the invitation to photograph Lucy. We were extra pleased to be able to speed up our usual process and deliver the pictures in time for Christmas.
